What happens
- Agreements. You set a few simple agreements for how you'll talk and listen.
- A listening exercise. Each of you gets to be heard, without interruption or fixing.
- One small shared experiment to try together for the week.
- Appreciations. You close by naming something you value in each other.
Private worksheets stay private unless their owner chooses to share them.
