For parents and caregivers
Reset and Rise for Parents
Pause. Reflect. Respond with intention.
Look at the beliefs and expectations behind your reactions as a parent, and practice responding the way you want to. You set your goals, with Myli's help.

Inside a 50-minute session
What a session looks like
| 10 min | Check-in and practice review |
| 10 min | This week's topic |
| 15 min | Activity |
| 10 min | Rehearse a real-life response |
| 5 min | Choose a weekly action |
A 45-minute version is available. Every weekly practice also has a lighter version for busy or stressful weeks. To see how things are going, you'll rate a few things from 0 to 10 at the first and last sessions, check in each week on how manageable the week felt, and share feedback at the end. These are reflection tools, not clinical scores or promises of results.
