What you can count on
Coaching, not therapy
Just Love Now is an original curriculum for reflection and everyday skill practice. It is not a clinical treatment and does not replace mental health care.
Sessions are confidential
Parents hear about a teen's attendance and general progress, not what the teen says.
The limits of confidentiality
Myli is a mandated reporter. Information is shared if someone is at risk of serious harm, if abuse or neglect is suspected, or if the law requires it.
When coaching pauses
If self-harm or suicidal thoughts, abuse or violence, harmful substance use, eating concerns, severe or worsening low mood or anxiety, or unsafe bullying come up, coaching pauses and Myli connects the family with qualified support.
This website keeps your words private
